There are delays in shipping , so we value your patience and understanding. We would request that when you receive them, please sanitize the outer envelope with disinfectant. Keep them out for 24 hrs and then open them. Your crystals will still be safe and sound. Your crystals have been charged and energized , so you may start using them ASAP. You may wash them in water and rinse them if you feel like. Since we are short on staff, please allow for some delays in communication or processing.

Your orders are shipped through registered courier companies. Since each crystal is energized and cleansed after your order is received, please allow us 10 days to expedite your order.
Local Orders within Mumbai : Will reach within 2- 3 days of shipping or as per convenience of courier company. (10 to 15 days from date of purchase)
Domestic Orders within India: Are delivered within 10-15 business days
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping and handling are based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are shipped from Mumbai, Maharashtra. If you want the order to be shipped to a separate address other than the Billing Address, please enter the shipping address separately at checkout.
Orders that have been shipped can be tracked via the link provided to you on the shipping agents website. Details will be sent via Whats App. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to show up. If you have still not received your package within the stipulated time mentioned above, please contact us using the contact form. With the subject being Non Delivery of Order. Please mention your order detail.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. Orders will be processed only once full delivery payment is made.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hrs of being placed only. Once shipped, orders will nt be cancelled.
At Arura we endeavor to ensure you have a hassle free experience. Each order is packed with utmost care and checked for quality. Please be aware that since these are natural stones, they may vary slightly in colour due to screen variations, and that no stone is exactly the same. Variations, minor irregularities, surface pattern are normal and are a part of the stones natural growth and structure.
Please note, these are not Gem quality pieces – (unless mentioned) and the more natural the stone, the more original its energy. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer support and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. Products delivered in perfect condition will not be accepted as a return. However if you have received the wrong product we will promptly replace it. Please contact customer care for your queries.
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:
• by telephone at +91 9967361733 between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST
• by email at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
• Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY (at this moment we are not able to process exchanges )
As a policy we do not accept exchanges on products that are in perfect condition. However your feedback is valuable, so please get in touch with us if you have any grievances. We will work to connect with you within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday)
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
An additional charge will have to be paid for a 2nd delivery attempt of goods.
